Job summary

You will perform preventive maintenance, fault finding, and upgrades, provide technical support to customers and facility managers, and maintain accurate service records. Ongoing training and career development are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BMS, Controls, or HVAC Service Technician.
• Strong knowledge of building automation and control systems.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in HVAC, Electrical, Controls, or Building Automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on BMS equipment, including HVAC systems, lighting controls, and energy management systems.
• Diagnose and rectify issues within building automation and control systems.
• Implement system upgrades, enhancements, and modifications as required.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers, facility managers, and building occupants.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
