Qualifications

• Experience with Building Management Systems, building automation, controls, instrumentation, HVAC, or related technologies.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting capability.
• Knowledge of networking hardware and IT infrastructure (switches/routers/protocols).
• Electrical, Mechanical HVAC, Controls, Instrumentation or related technical qualifications are highly regarded.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and commission BMS equipment, including controllers, sensors, actuators, and networking devices.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults and performance issues across BMS and control systems.
• Develop, deploy, and modify control logic and system programming.
• Configure and integrate BMS systems within building automation projects and IT networks.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and performance assessments.
• Recommend system improvements and energy efficiency initiatives to customers.
• Provide technical support and customer training on BMS operation and maintenance.
• Manage service requests and breakdowns while ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and records.
• Deliver service outcomes within budget and agreed timeframes.
• Ensure compliance with all Schneider Electric and customer safety requirements.
• Participate in an on-call roster (on-call allowance and overtime apply).
