Job summary

Schneider Electric in Perth seeks a Small Works (SMWX) Project Engineer to lead engineering and commissioning of BMS projects, delivering works to site standards and the national EEP. You will collaborate with admin, sales and service teams to ensure consistent execution and continuous improvement.

You will bring 5+ years of BMS experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of IT networks.

Qualifications

• Tertiary or trade qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in building management systems.
• Experience with project design documentation.
• BMS commissioning experience with HVAC commissioning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• IT network infrastructure and structured cabling knowledge.
• Electrical license desirable.
• Valid Australian Driver's License.
• Ability to obtain defense clearances and unrestricted working rights.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and commission SMWX/BMS projects to site or national EEP standards.
• Collaborate with Admin, Sales and Service teams to support project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to Schneider Electric CPP and drive operational performance.
