Minecon Recruitment is seeking an experienced Blue Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our Brendale team, supporting Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients across Mining, Civil, Electrical, Infrastructure, and Building & Construction sectors. You will manage vacancies, source candidates, and assist with labour hire requirements.

This casual-to-permanent role offers a busy, collaborative environment with a strong pipeline of vacancies and supportive leadership, based in a modern Brendale office with no city

Formación

• 2–3+ years’ experience in blue-collar Labour Hire recruitment.
• Strong experience using SEEK, JobAdder (or similar ATS), LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in Mining, Electrical, Civil, Construction, or Infrastructure sectors is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Team player who thrives in a busy office culture and can hit the ground running.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the recruitment process across blue-collar and technical positions.
• Proactively source, attract, and engage high-quality active and passive candidates.
• Advertise vacancies on SEEK, LinkedIn, JobAdder, and other platforms.
• Coordinate interviews, phone screens, reference checks, and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate and client records in JobAdder and internal systems.
• Maintain regular candidate communication throughout the process.
• Support labour hire mobilisation, inductions, PPE coordination, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with the team to meet client requirements and fill vacancies quickly.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients, delivering high service levels.
