Job summary

Fulton Hogan Ltd in Mackay, North Queensland, is seeking a Bitumen Sprayer Operator to join our Infrastructure Services - Surfacing Crew. You will operate bitumen spraying equipment on asphalt, spray seal and minor civil projects, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

Ideal candidates hold a HC/HR licence, Construction Induction Card and Dangerous Goods Licence. A willingness to travel, weekends and nights when required, and a strong commitment to our Living Safe culture are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold HC or HR licence and Construction Induction Card.
• Dangerous Goods Licence is required.
• Available to travel and work weekends or nights when needed.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily bitumen spraying tasks in line with policies.
• Ensure correct PPE use and maintenance.
• Report incidents and near-misses and hazards.
• Follow SWMS and site safety rules.
• Maintain a clean, safe site and work with crew and stakeholders.
