Job summary

Downer in Wodonga is seeking an experienced Bitumen Sprayer Operator to join our road surfacing team. You will operate specialised bitumen spray equipment and support the crew with labouring tasks across spray seal and pavement works.

Qualifications

• Experience operating bitumen sprayer trucks and applying spray seals on road construction or maintenance projects.
• HC or MC truck licence, Dangerous Goods Licence, and White Card (General Construction Induction)
• Experience operating relevant road surfacing plant such as sprayers, rollers, loaders or other construction equipment.
• A team player with proven ability to work efficiently with others
• A strong commitment to a Zero Harm culture

Responsibilities

• Operate bitumen spray equipment and support the crew with labouring tasks across spray seal and pavement works.
• Contribute to spray seal and pavement works while maintaining safety standards.
• Support the crew with general labouring tasks and ensure adherence to Zero Harm principles

We are currently seeking an experienced and safety-focused Bitumen Sprayer Operator to join our team based in Wodonga.

Working within our road surfacing operations, you will operate specialised bitumen spray equipment while supporting the crew with a range of labouring activities across spray seal and pavement works. This is a hands-on role offering ongoing training and the opportunity to be part of a high-performing team committed to Zero Harm.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS :

• Experience operating bitumen sprayer trucks and applying spray seals on road construction or maintenance projects.
  
• HC or MC truck licence, Dangerous Goods Licence, and White Card (General Construction Induction)
• Experience operating relevant road surfacing plant such as sprayers, rollers, loaders or other construction equipment.
