Job summary

The Wests Group Australia in Newcastle invites applications for a Casual Bistro Server to join our busy team across The Bistro, Patisserie, Emporium, and New Beijing. You’ll welcome guests, assist with service, and help maintain smooth front- and back-of-house operations.

Split shifts across lunch and dinner, including Friday nights and weekends, with opportunities to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or fast-service environments (desirable).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude.
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.

This hands-on role plays an important part in supporting both front and back-of-house operations across our popular dining outlets —The Bistro, Patisserie, Emporium,andNew Beijing.

This role requires availability for split shifts across lunch and dinner service, including Friday nights, weekends, andadditionalweekday availability.
