Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team and achieving regional targets.
• Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of the local market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing Biosurgery sales team in QLD, driving growth and market share.
• Develop and execute strategic account and growth plans with hospitals, health networks, and procurement teams.
• Coach, mentor and develop Product Specialists to foster accountability and high performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver outcomes, manage resources and ensure policy compliance.
