Johnson & Johnson is seeking a results-driven Product Specialist to join the Biosurgery Team in New South Wales. Based in Newcastle with occasional travel to Hunter Valley and Mid North Coast, you will build long-term relationships with clinical stakeholders in key hospitals and drive sales targets while improving patient care through education.

You will lead education programs, coordinate cross-functional support, and ensure inventory accuracy, reporting monthly sales performance and market

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field preferred; postgraduate studies in business or health sciences are a bonus.
• Medical devices or pharmaceuticals background is required.
• Strong sales experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• Proven networking ability in high-speed, dynamic settings.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and grow territory revenue by executing surgeon and account plans and pursuing tenders.
• Build clinical and hospital stakeholder relationships to accelerate product adoption.
• Lead clinical education and training; coordinate delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure inventory availability and accuracy; report backorders and suggest alternatives.
• Capture insights; use CRM daily to log interactions and report opportunities.
• Collaborate and comply with policies; participate in new product introductions.
