Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Brisbane is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the Biosurgery team in Queensland. Based in Brisbane, you will shape strategy, inspire performance, drive growth, and build enduring relationships with hospitals, health networks, and executive stakeholders.

You will coach Product Specialists, develop sales plans, and ensure alignment with company standards while delivering regional business objectives and profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with a strong sales background preferably within Biosurgery and previous sales leadership experience is highly regarded.
• Strong commercial and business acumen, with good knowledge and understanding of the local market.
• A natural relationship builder who can clearly and effectively communicate at all levels of the business.
• With a passion for coaching and developing people, and the ability to engage, negotiate and influence stakeholders.

• Leading and inspiring a high-performing Biosurgery sales team, driving sales growth, market share, profitability, and achievement of regional business objectives
• Developing and executing strategic account and commercial growth plans, building strong partnerships with hospitals, health networks, procurement teams, and executive stakeholders to unlock new business opportunities
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing Product Specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance while supporting career growth and capability development
• Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver business outcomes, leveraging market insights, managing resources effectively, and ensuring compliance with company policies, processes, and industry standards

Based in Brisbane and reporting directly to the National Sales Lead, you will have the opportunity to shape strategy, inspire performance, drive growth, empower teams to meet targets, build relationships, and champion our brand with customers.
