Job summary

Randstad in Sydney is seeking two Revenue & Billing Officers for an immediate 2-month onsite contract in Macquarie Park. You will handle high-volume data entry, rate updates, mail processing, and billing compliance in a busy finance team.

The role requires meticulous data work, familiarity with Microsoft 365, and experience with ERP or Dynamics-like systems. Start between 8:00 AM–9:30 AM, with a 7.6-hour day and onsite parking benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume data entry and accuracy.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and ERP systems is a bonus.
• Able to work onsite in Macquarie Park for the 2-month term.

Responsibilities

• Review, enter, and validate resident rate updates in Dynamics.
• Open, sort, scan, and organize incoming physical mail on-site.
• Assist in resolving billing non-compliance issues and maintain records.
• Process documentation across multiple system tabs and databases.
