Job summary

Randstad is partnering with a not-for-profit organisation in Macquarie Park to recruit two Revenue & Billing Officers for an immediate 2‑month contract. Onsite role with a 7.6‑hour day and a structured training program to support you through the backlog.

You will handle high‑volume data entry, update resident rates in Microsoft Dynamics, process mail, and ensure accurate electronic records while maintaining compliance in a fast‑paced 10‑person finance team.

Qualifications

• High accuracy in repetitive data entry tasks.
• Experience with data entry and administration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps.

Responsibilities

• Data cleansing and rate updates in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Mail processing, scanning, and digitization on-site.
• Assist in resolving billing non-compliance issues and keep records up-to-date.
• Navigate multiple system tabs and databases for documentation.
