Job summary

MAX, part of Tabcorp, is seeking a Billing Administrator within Gaming Services to oversee end-to-end billing, ensure accuracy of invoices, and manage subcontractor payments aligned with contracts. You will collaborate with operations, finance and technical teams to deliver clear financial outcomes.

You will be responsible for validating invoices, maintaining billing records, and supporting onboarding to ensure smooth subcontractor payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, accounts administration or revenue operations environments.
• Proven ability to interpret contracts, invoices and rate-based billing structures.
• Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy and accountability.
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify billable work and prepare accurate billing files for customer approval.
• Raise invoices and process subcontractor payments within agreed timeframes.
• Validate invoices against contracts, scopes and rate structures.
• Maintain accurate billing records, revenue data and contract documentation.
• Partner with internal teams and subcontractors to resolve billing queries.
• Support onboarding processes to ensure subcontractor payments run smoothly.
