Tabcorp, through MAX, seeks a dynamic leader to oversee Customer Operations. You will lead a small team of Customer Operations Managers, drive operational excellence, and optimize daily activities with a focus on performance and efficiency.

You will coach teams, establish strategic KPIs, manage escalations, and collaborate with external stakeholders to align with national operational standards.
