Job summary

Airservices Australia is seeking an Aviation Revenue Specialist to manage end-to-end aviation revenue processes, including billing data management, periodical billing cycles, customer relationships, disputes, compliance and performance reporting.

You will drive improvements in billing systems, optimize team processes, and enhance SAP and our Flight Charging system, ensuring data integrity and alignment with Airservices’ strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret large datasets with accuracy
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service focus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to adapt to new systems

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end aviation revenue processes including billing data management
• Manage periodical billing cycles and customer relationships
• Handle dispute resolution and ensure compliance assurance
• Provide performance reporting and insights for leadership
• Drive improvements in billing systems and optimize team processes
