Job summary

ANZ Worldline is seeking a Billing Consultant to ensure accurate billing and effective collections. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, issue invoices, and pursue overdue payments while reporting to the Head of Payment Resolutions, CDD & Fraud Prevention.

Key focus areas include high-volume invoicing, payment application, record maintenance, and auditing. The role emphasizes analytics, process improvements, and collaboration with billing systems and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in billing, collections, or AR roles
• Experience in fintech or financial services preferred
• Knowledge of invoicing processes and basic accounting
• Experience with CRM and billing platforms

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue a high volume of invoices to customers
• Process payments and apply them to the correct accounts
• Maintain accurate customer billing records
• Perform routine reconciliations and identify payment discrepancies
• Generate billing reports and maintain audit documentation
• Follow up with overdue accounts and monitor aging reports
• Process payment arrangements and monitor compliance
• Analyze billing and payment data for process improvements
