Job summary

Hoban is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Logistics Manager in Silverwater, NSW to lead the warehouse and logistics operations for an established international food distribution business.

You will manage a team of around 10, coordinate stock control and deliveries, supervise forklift operations, and ensure OH&S compliance while driving efficiency.

This permanent full-time role offers leadership responsibilities and the chance to contribute to operational improvements within a global network.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in a Warehouse Manager or Logistics Manager role in Australia.
• Experience supervising a team of 10+ warehouse staff.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics.
• Current Australian Forklift Licence (Counterbalance / High Reach).
• Driver's licence is required.
• Bilingual abilities encouraged: Korean, Japanese or Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations.
• Lead and coordinate a warehouse team of about 10.
• Manage stock control, inventory and stocktakes.
• Receive, inspect, unload, label and store incoming goods.
• Coordinate transport and deliveries; assist with deliveries when required.
• Ensure OH&S compliance and company policies.
• Identify operational issues and drive efficiency improvements.
