Job summary

Hoban Recruitment are seeking experienced Counterbalance/Twin Forklift Operators to join a leading 3PL warehouse located in Horsley Park, NSW. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced operation where safety, teamwork, and efficiency are highly valued.

Shifts include multiple rosters with options for weekends off; operate Counterbalance and Twin Fork forklifts, load/unload, stage stock, and perform RF scanning with Oracle data entry as required.

Qualifications

• Current NSW LF forklift licence (Counterbalance / Twin Fork experience).
• Minimum 1 year experience operating Counterbalance or Twin Fork forklifts.
• Previous warehousing/distribution experience.
• Proficient with RF scanning and pick packing systems.
• Experience using warehouse management systems highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Reliable, motivated, team-oriented with a positive 'can do' attitude.
• Ability to work across your selected shift pattern consistently.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance and Twin Fork forklifts.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers.
• Stage products and move stock throughout the warehouse.
• Complete work order reconciliations and Oracle data entry.
• RF scanning and order picking as required.
• Conduct replenishments and put-aways.
• Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment.
• Inventory management and dispatch tasks.
• Manual handling as required.
• Follow all site safety procedures and warehouse processes.

Shifts:

• Monday to Friday | 11:00am - 7:00pm
• Monday to Friday | 1:00pm - 9:00pm
• Rotating 12-hour roster | 6:00am - 6:00pm & 6:00pm - 6:00am
• Two full weekends off per month.

• 2 days off
• 3 days on
• 2 days off
• 2 days on
• 3 days off

Key Duties:
