Job summary

Hong Kong Dim Sim Kitchen is seeking a full-time, office-based Sales Administration role in Silverwater, NSW. You will work closely with the Head of Sales and account managers, handling orders, inquiries and general admin tasks to support daily operations.

You will communicate in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and use MYOB or Xero as part of accounts support. This role offers training, growth opportunities, and a dynamic lean team environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Attention to detail with strong process knowledge.
• Proficient in standard office software (MS Office).
• Experience with MYOB or Xero preferred but training provided.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to customers to manage orders and inquiries.
• Administrative support to sales team and account managers.
• Respond to inbound calls and emails with professional service.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and provide leads to account managers.
• Reconcile purchase orders to inbound deliveries and invoices.
• Assist with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable using MYOB/Xero.
