Hearing Australia is seeking a Community Hearing Advisor to support our Hurstville Hearing Centre and engage with the Chinese community across greater metropolitan Sydney. You will work with local teams to attract clients, run events, and leverage campaigns while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in English and Mandarin, with a valid driver licence and the ability to manage multiple tasks, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to sales

Formación

• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese desirable.
• Hold a current driver licence and own a vehicle.
• Sales/marketing background in healthcare is desirable.
• Ability to multitask and work with multiple teams.

Responsabilidades

• Attract new clients to Hearing Australia through events and campaigns.
• Conduct outbound call campaigns and build stakeholder relationships.
• Engage referrers such as GP practices and pharmacies across the territory.
• Plan and lead promotional opportunities and hearing-check events.
