You will work with FOH & BOH teams, coach staff, and ensure service standards while achieving KPI targets and efficient rostering for forecasted revenue.

RSA certification is preferred, and a collaborative, growth-focused culture is offered across multiple venues.

The Role

In this role, you will be working closely with our FOH & BOH Teams, Big Easy Group (BEG) Operations, BEG Finance & BEG Marketing teams.

• Delivering guest experiences that exceed expectations.
• Ensuring guest experience metrics are achieved, through knowledgeable, passionate table-side service.
• Meet the financial KPIs (Wages cost & Cost of Goods)
• Rostering to forecasted revenue
• Beverage Program (in conjunction with our Operations team resources)
• Assist in planning, organising and executing functions & events
• Lead the team coaching junior staff, and develop talent.
• Ensuring the venue is presented & organised to standard at all times
• Work in collaboration with the kitchen team
• Host & manage shifts
