Job summary

Cricket Australia is seeking an experienced Event Experience Director to shape the Big Bash Leagues events, driving fan-focused experiences across the WBBL and BBL. You will lead strategic planning, partner with clubs and broadcasters, and deliver high-impact event solutions that connect fans with the brands on game days and non-match events.

This senior role requires 10+ years in major sports or events, a relevant degree, and outstanding leadership and collaboration skills to elevate attendance

Qualifications

• 10+ years in major sports, entertainment or events.
• Bachelor or Masters in Business, Sports Admin or related field.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a strategic, integrated event experience program for match days and non-match day events, delivering high-quality experiences for kids and families.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Events and Consumer teams to implement a 3–5-year event experience strategy
• Own the vision and delivery for the WBBL and BBL Finals – think BIG, end-to-end project leadership.
