Job summary

Cricket Australia invites a visionary leader to head the Big Bash Events Experience program, shaping fan experiences across BBL and WBBL. You will drive innovative event concepts, lead cross‑functional teams and partner with clubs, venues and partners to elevate attendance and fan engagement.

Reporting to the Head of League Operations & Club Growth, you will craft a 3–5 year strategy, oversee budgets/agreements and deliver end-to-end event experiences that resonate with fans locally and globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Sports Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in major sports or events.
• Strong strategic and creative mindset for event concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the strategic, integrated event experience program.
• Collaborate with Club Marketing, Events and Consumer teams.
• Manage budgets and large contracts with stakeholders.
• Drive fan-focused concepts to increase attendance and satisfaction.

Education
