Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking a Submissions Coordinator in Sydney, NSW to coordinate bids, submissions and marketing collateral across multiple sectors. You will work with the local bids team, senior leaders and project teams to deliver high-quality submissions and support business development activities.

The role is fast-paced and collaborative, requiring strong organisation and proactive content creation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a submissions, bids, marketing or business development coordination role.
• Experience in architecture, design, engineering, construction or professional services is highly regarded.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation and delivery of bids, tenders, submissions and marketing materials.
• Gather and manage submission content with leadership, project teams and consultants.
• Assist with creation and maintenance of capability statements and marketing collateral.
• Maintain CRM databases, project information, key contacts and opportunity pipelines.
• Track upcoming opportunities, submission deadlines and business development activities.
• Ensure all submissions are professionally presented and delivered on time.
