Job summary

Aequalis Consulting Pty is seeking a Bid Manager to own end-to-end tender submissions for a respected commercial contractor in SEQ. You will drive EOI and tender submissions from early engagement to final delivery, coordinating input from estimating, design, and delivery teams.

You will craft compelling bid content and client-focused messaging, manage timelines and submission design, and drive continuous improvement in bid strategy and process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in bid management, submissions, or marketing within construction.
• Excellent written communication and project coordination skills.
• Experience working on bids $5M-$100M+.
• Passion for storytelling and sharp commercial instincts.
