Job summary

UGL Transport is seeking a Bid Director based in NSW to lead strategic tender activity across major EPC/PPP opportunities. You will set winning strategies, manage client relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to prepare compliant tender submissions.

This role requires tertiary qualifications in engineering, commerce or law, a proven track record in bid governance, and the ability to deliver profitable tenders on time, with strong stakeholder engagement across the business.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Commerce or Law.
• Broad understanding of construction, maintenance and infrastructure sectors.
• Proven experience delivering successful and profitable tenders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate Tender documentation across cross functional requirements.
• Review documentation for technical and commercial commitments.
• Coordinate risk assessment and management for tenders.
• Provide regular reports on progress of tender and proposal.
• Maintain relationships with internal leads, customer and site operations.
• Ensure tender submission is accurate, viable and compliant with policy.
