Job summary

UGL Transport is seeking a Bid Director to lead the strategy for winning complex tenders and to secure contracts from planning through transition. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure submissions meet governance and policy standards.

This role requires tertiary qualifications in engineering, commerce, or law, plus proven success in EPC/PPP bids. You will drive risk and opportunity assessment and deliver timely tender documentation while maintaining

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Commerce or Law.
• Experience in construction, maintenance or infrastructure tendering.
• Proven ability to manage complex EPC/PPP bids.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate tender documentation across functional areas.
• Review technical and commercial commitments for accuracy and viability.
• Coordinate risk assessment and management activities for tenders.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure alignment from proposal through to contract initiation and handover.
