Job summary

Clough Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Information Manager to lead the implementation of the Information Management Framework across bids and projects in Australia and New Zealand.

You will guide Information Management teams, mentor information champions, and ensure robust information systems, data structures and governance across multi-project environments. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a project-based Information Management role within engineering and construction industries.
  • Strong understanding of construction or infrastructure delivery structures and related information business processes.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing project information platforms, namely Aconex and SharePoint.
  • Solid grasp of data architecture, systems, reporting, and information governance across project environments.
  • Understanding BI reporting, including gathering requirements and supporting multi-source reporting.
  • Business analyst mindset with ability to map processes to improve outcomes.
  • Clear communication skills with stakeholders, including training and capability development.
  • Flexibility to travel to various locations in Australia & New Zealand.

  • Establish and maintain project information structures, data sets, and process flows across project information systems.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Information Manager to join the team in Perth. In this role, you will drive the application of the Information Management Framework across bids and projects in Australia and New Zealand, providing functional guidance and direction to the Project Information Management teams across the business.

  • Proven experience in a project-based Information Management role within engineering and construction industries
  • Strong understanding of construction or infrastructure delivery structures and related information business processes
  • Demonstrated experience implementing project information platforms, namely Aconex and SharePoint
  • A solid grasp of data architecture, systems, reporting, and associated information governance across project environments
  • Understanding of BI reporting, including gathering requirements and supporting multi-source reporting
  • A business analyst mindset with the ability to map processes to improve outcomes
  • Clear communication skills and confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders including training and capability development
