Job summary

Keolis Adelaide Pty Ltd invites applications for a Business Intelligence Change Manager to lead a 12-month transformation across Adelaide’s rail network. You will coordinate people, processes and data to improve reporting, clarify accountability and support data-informed decisions.

The role requires engaging senior stakeholders and embedding sustainable ways of working. You will drive baselines, targets and benefits, coaching leaders in change management and ensuring governance across reporting

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading complex business change
• Experience in contractual/commercial environments
• Strong data storytelling for executive/operational audiences
• Knowledge of data governance, quality, privacy and information management

Responsibilities

• Lead BI and improvement initiatives from discovery to benefits realisation
• Shape information needs and improvement priorities with leaders
• Translate business needs into data, reporting and KPI requirements
• Deliver analytical solutions with BI, data and tech teams
• Simplify processes and design effective solutions
• Embed change through engagement, training and readiness activities
• Define baselines, targets and benefit measures; show improvements
• Build capability by coaching leaders in business improvement and data-informed decisions
• Promote consistent data definitions, ownership and governance across reporting
