Ambulance Victoria is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead complex analysis and drive organisational improvements. This full-time fixed-term role supports transformational change, reporting to the Director Transformation and balancing on-site presence in Doncaster with a hybrid work model.

You will bring strong financial acumen, advanced analytics and stakeholder engagement to develop robust business cases and communicate findings to executives.

Formación

• Tertiary qualification or relevant industry certification with extensive experience or equivalent mix of training and high-level experience.
• Demonstrated experience in business analysis, transformation or strategy roles.
• Experience using BI reporting and process modelling tools.
• Experience in organisation design reviews, workforce assessments and operating model evaluations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex business analysis across transformation and efficiency initiatives to support strategic decision-making.
• Review and analyse organisational structures, operating models and future-state designs.
• Conduct benchmarking to streamline processes, improve workforce utilisation and reduce duplication.
• Support initiatives that improve performance while maintaining service quality and safety.
