Job summary

Asahi Beverages in Welshpool, WA, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a production team in a fast-paced environment, delivering safety, quality, people and cost targets. This hands-on leadership role guides daily operations on a rotating day/night roster within a 24/5 facility, focusing on coaching, performance management, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in FMCG, food, beverage or highly regulated manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Lean Manufacturing and safety management principles.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop teams to achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead your team to safely execute the production plan while maximising efficiency, quality and schedule adherence.
Develop a high-performing team through coaching, performance management, training and capability building.
Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP and quality standards.
Monitor and manage labour utilisation, overtime and operational costs to achieve targets.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and employee engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and deliver customer requirements.
Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that supports high performance and accountability.
