Asahi Beverages is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a production team at our Welshpool, WA facility during a growth phase. You will be hands-on on the factory floor in a fast-paced FMCG environment, balancing people leadership with delivering reliable performance.

This on-site role operates on a rotating day and night roster (24/5), with responsibilities spanning safety, GMP/HACCP compliance, cost control and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership within FMCG or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong GMP, HACCP knowledge and safety management.
• Ability to coach teams and drive continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead on-floor team to safely execute the production plan with high efficiency.
• Develop and coach a high-performing team.
• Drive safety culture and ensure GMP/HACCP compliance.
• Monitor labour, overtime and costs to meet targets.
• Champion continuous improvement and productivity gains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Foster inclusive team environment and accountability.
