EnerSys seeks a skilled Energy Storage Sales Engineer to act as the technical and commercial interface with customers in the growing Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) market. You will develop compliant, optimized energy solutions and strengthen client relationships across Commercial and Industrial sectors.

Responsibilities include designing BESS/BOP systems, delivering ROI-based proposals, and ensuring regulatory compliance while collaborating with sales, marketing and internal teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with BESS, PCS and EMS in C&I or residential sectors.
• Willingness to travel for client and project work.

Mansioni

• Conduct technical consultations and site energy audits to identify BESS opportunities.
• Design, size, and specify BESS and Balance of Plant (BOP) systems.
• Deliver technical presentations, ROI analyses, and tender submissions to clients.
• Liaise with DNSPs and ensure compliance with grid and regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed on evolving BESS technologies, standards, and industry trends.
• Support Sales and Marketing with strategies, campaigns and training.
• Provide pre-sales information and respond to technical product enquiries within agreed timeframes.
