Envision Energy Australia seeks a BESS Service Solution Manager to lead the creation of competitive service offerings for utility-scale battery energy storage systems. The role combines technical service expertise with commercial strategy, tender management, pricing and contract negotiations within a growing renewable energy business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy or Business or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in BESS, renewable energy or technical service.
• Experience in pre-sales, tendering, service solution development, pricing and contract negotiation in the Australian BESS market.
• Strong understanding of utility-scale BESS systems, maintenance and lifecycle asset management.
• Experience with LTSA or O&M contracts is highly regarded.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to assess financial impact of commitments.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Mandarin is highly preferred.
• Experience working across regional and China-based teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop BESS service solutions, including scope, maintenance strategies, resource models and lifecycle assumptions.
• Lead tender management for BESS services and proposals with internal stakeholders.
• Develop pricing and cost models for LTSA, O&M and other service offerings.
• Review and negotiate service-related contracts, identifying risks and mitigations.
• Coordinate with China HQ on service solutions, pricing and contractual positions.
• Represent the service solution function in customer discussions and assist handover to service execution.
