Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or high-touch sales is required.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bespoke projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly personalised client experience through one-on-one consultations.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships guiding bespoke engagement ring and fine jewellery purchases.
• Lead sales conversations with a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Educate clients on diamonds, gemstones, materials, craftsmanship, and design options.
• Collaborate with workshops to create custom pieces and oversee orders from concept to delivery.
