Job summary

InterContinental Perth City Centre is seeking a part-time Bell Attendant to deliver personalised guest service and assist guests throughout their stay. You will be the first and last point of contact, welcoming guests, guiding them to their rooms, and coordinating with the Front Desk to ensure a seamless guest journey.

The ideal candidate will have hotel or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work a range of hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests at their vehicle.
• Provides a personal greeting upon first interaction with guests.
• Assists with handling luggage with care and respect.
• Connects guests to the Front Desk while maintaining seamless service.
• Guides guests to their room and provides overview of hotel facilities and room features.
• Provides basic knowledge on Perth’s offerings to guests.
• May provide valet parking service.
