MedHealth is seeking a dedicated NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in Wollongong, NSW. You will conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop personalised PBS plans, supporting participants with complex needs within a collaborative care setting.

Qualifications

• Current registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient or Advanced).
• Experience delivering behaviour support and producing high‑quality plans and reports.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a complex caseload independently.

In this role you will:

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient or Advanced)


• Demonstrated experience delivering behaviour support and producing high‑quality behaviour support plans and reports


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a complex, varied caseload independently


• Current driver's license and own reliable vehicle
