Job summary

Real Therapy Solutions, part of the MedHealth Group, seeks an experienced NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner to conduct functional assessments and develop tailored PBS plans. You will work with participants with complex needs and collaborate with families within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient or Advanced).

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a complex, varied caseload independently.

In this role you will:

Qualifications

• Current registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient or Advanced)
• Demonstrated experience delivering behaviour support and producing high‑quality behaviour support plans and reports
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a complex, varied caseload independently
• Current driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
