Job summary

Optimum Health Solutions in Coffs Harbour NSW is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing multidisciplinary team. You will conduct behavioural assessments, develop high-quality Behaviour Support Plans and deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support interventions across clinic, home, community and school settings.

Qualifications

• Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration (Core level or above).
• Experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner or in a similar behavioural support role.
• Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support frameworks.
• Experience conducting assessments and developing Behaviour Support Plans.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
• A calm, patient and solution-focused approach.
• A genuine passion for supporting people with disability and their families.
