Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification and eligibility to practice.
• Experience in disability/healthcare settings desired.
• Strong understanding of PBS and person-centred practice.
• Experience conducting assessments and developing plans.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Compassionate, client-focused and collaborative approach.
• Senior applicants: supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own NDIS caseload and deliver person-centred Positive Behaviour Support.
• Conduct functional behaviour assessments.
• Develop and implement behaviour support plans.
• Participate in clinical supervision and multidisciplinary case conferences.
• Communicate with clients, families, carers, and support coordinators.
• Provide mentoring or supervision to practitioners (senior level).
