Therapy Partners on the Gold Coast seeks an experienced Core or Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner to contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary team. You will assess behaviours, develop tailored support plans and mentor families and carers to implement strategies in everyday settings.

Qualifications

• NDIS requirements knowledge and compliance expectations.
• Experience conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs).
• Ability to develop Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans.
• Strong documentation and report-writing for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments to understand needs and influences on behaviour.
• Develop Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans.
• Support participants and networks to implement strategies through education and coaching.
• Monitor outcomes and review plans for practicality and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with families, support providers, clinicians and key stakeholders.
• Promote positive behaviour support and reduce restrictive practices.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and reporting per NDIS guidelines.
