Behaviour Support Practitioner - Core or Proficient
Gold Coast | Full-time or part-time | Flexible working arrangements
Meaningful work. Strong clinical support. Room to grow.
Great behaviour support starts with understanding the person - their needs, their environment and what matters to them.
At Therapy Partners, we’re looking for an experienced Core or Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner who shares that approach and wants to help people with disability build safer, more connected and fulfilling lives.
As we expand and develop the team, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape our local service, backed by an established Queensland team. You’ll have access to Advanced and Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioners, structured clinical supervision and multidisciplinary colleagues who understand the work you do.
We know that doing your best clinical work takes time, support and a sustainable workload. We offer:
You’ll work with children, young people and adults with disability, alongside their families, carers and support teams, to understand behaviour and develop practical strategies that improve everyday life.
Your responsibilities will include:
You’re thoughtful, collaborative and confident building relationships. You can translate assessment findings into practical strategies, and you value the knowledge and experience of participants and the people supporting them.
You’ll bring:
You’ll also need a current driver’s licence, an NDIS Worker Screening Check and a NSW Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain the required checks before commencing.
Therapy Partners is an established multidisciplinary allied health provider supporting people with disability and their families across Queensland.
Our approach is personal, practical and grounded in trust. We value open communication, strong clinical relationships and following through on what we say we’ll do. As we grow into NSW, those values remain central to our team and our services.
