Qualifications

• Current registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient or Advanced).
• Demonstrated experience delivering behaviour support and producing high‑quality plans and reports.
• Strong organisational skills to manage a complex, varied caseload independently.
• Current driver's license and own reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and understand participant needs.
• Create evidence-based, personalised PBS plans tailored to goals.
• Support participants with complex needs through PBS approaches.
• Collaborate with families and support networks to achieve positive outcomes.
