Job summary

Real Therapy Solutions, part of the MedHealth Group, is seeking a passionate NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team across NSW. You will conduct functional behaviour assessments, develop tailored PBS plans, and support participants with complex needs in collaboration with families and carers.

Qualifications

• Current registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient or Advanced).
• Experience delivering behaviour support and producing high-quality behaviour support plans and reports.
• Strong organisational skills to manage a complex, varied caseload independently.
• Current driver's license and own reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop a comprehensive understanding of participant needs.
• Create evidence-based, personalised Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans tailored to individual goals and circumstances.
• Support participants with complex needs through a Positive Behaviour Support approach.
• Collaborate with families and support networks to achieve positive outcomes.
• Work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team that values clinical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
