Job summary

Avina is seeking Behaviour Support Practitioners across multiple locations to join a growing multidisciplinary team. You will deliver evidence-informed, person-centred Behaviour Support services in home, school, clinic and community settings, with flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

You’ll collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Physiotherapists, building meaningful strategies for participants and their families while maintaining professional

Qualifications

• NDIS Behaviour Support registration or IBIS eligibility
• Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community work
• Full working rights in Australia

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-informed Behaviour Support services across a diverse caseload
• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans
• Support participants, families and stakeholders to implement meaningful strategies
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including OTs, SLPs, Psychologists and PTs
• Manage your own schedule with flexibility across community, clinic and telehealth settings
• Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development

• Support participants, families and stakeholders to implement meaningful strategies
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Physiotherapists
• Manage your own schedule with flexibility across community, clinic and telehealth settings
• Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development opportunities

What You’ll Bring

• NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner suitability/registration (or eligibility via the IBIS pathway)

• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
