Job summary

Avina is expanding its multidisciplinary Behaviour Support team to deliver person-centred, evidence-informed services across home, school, clinic, and community settings. You’ll join a national allied health network with strong local support and opportunities for flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration core or above.
• Experience with behavioural support planning and assessments.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-informed Behaviour Support services across a diverse caseload.
• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans.
• Support participants, families and stakeholders to implement meaningful strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including OTs, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Physiotherapists.
• Manage your own schedule with flexibility across community, clinic and telehealth settings.
• Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development.
• Structured onboarding and supervision aligned with NDIS requirements.
• Ongoing mentoring and clinical support.

About The Role

We are currently seeking Behaviour Support Practitioners across multiple locations nationally to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver evidence-informed, person-centred Behaviour Support services across home, school, clinic and community environments.

What You’ll Be Doing
