Job summary

Avina is seeking Speech Pathologists across multiple NSW locations to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This role delivers evidence-based, person-centred services across home, school, clinic and community environments.

You’ll conduct assessments, support clients across the lifespan with communication goals, develop therapy plans, and collaborate with families, carers and educators. Flexible hybrid working and structured supervision are available to support ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Pathology
• Current Speech Pathology Australia membership (or eligibility)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for community work
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning and organisational skills
• A collaborative and person-centred approach to therapy

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-informed intervention
• Support clients across the lifespan with communication, language, social communication and mealtime goals
• Develop functional, goal-based therapy plans aligned with participant needs and funding pathways
• Collaborate closely with families, carers, educators and multidisciplinary teams
• Manage a varied caseload across community, clinic and/or telehealth settings
• Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development opportunities
