Job summary

Avina is seeking Occupational Therapists to join our growing multidisciplinary team across locations nationally. You will deliver functional and person-centred Occupational Therapy services, conduct assessments, and plan interventions to help participants achieve meaningful goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy.
• Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community work.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A collaborative and person-centred approach to therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver functional and person-centred Occupational Therapy services.
• Complete assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy.
• Support participants to achieve meaningful goals and increase independence.
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, educators and multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage a varied caseload across community, clinic and/or telehealth settings.
• Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development opportunities.
