About the Role We're looking for an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our North East Melbourne team, with access to our Northcote clinic on High Street as your local team base.
This opportunity is open to practitioners who are currently considered suitable by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at Core level or above.
You’ll have flexibility across clinic, community and hybrid working, supporting participants in the environments where behaviour support can have the greatest impact while having a genuine local base for team connection, appointments and focused work.
Our community caseloads are built with your location in mind wherever possible, helping to keep travel practical and manageable. We’re particularly interested in practitioners based across Northcote, Thornbury, Preston, Reservoir, Heidelberg, Ivanhoe, Bundoora, Greensborough and surrounding north and north-eastern suburbs.
You’ll also be part of a genuinely multidisciplinary team, working alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and other Behaviour Support Practitioners, giving you access to different clinical perspectives and opportunities to collaborate around shared participants.
If you're an established Behaviour Support Practitioner looking for more flexibility, multidisciplinary collaboration and a supportive team around your practice, we'd love to hear from you.
