You’ll have regular supervision, weekly team connection and plenty of opportunity to ask questions, discuss complex cases and share ideas with other clinicians.
We also have clinicians who travel into our regional locations through DIDO/FIFO arrangements, bringing additional opportunities for face-to-face collaboration, mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Depending on team and business needs, there may also be opportunities for you to support other regional SA communities through DIDO/FIFO arrangements, with travel and accommodation covered by Avina.
If you're looking for the autonomy and community connection of regional practice without losing access to clinical support and a wider professional network, we'd love to hear from you.
